The e-mail server issue on July 15th was resolved around July 17th 08:00 (UTC).

If you requested product processing or production, excluding orders for ALOS/ALOS-2 products and ALOS Series Open and Free Data, during the email server issue, it is possible that a notification email "Notice of completion of product production" was not sent after processing was completed.
In this case, please login to the G-Portal website and check your production status. If the status shows as "Processing completed," please click the "Download" button to download the file.
