(Update) Delay in provision of latest GCOM-C products (for mid-February 2026 observations)
The current status regarding this issue is as follows.
Affected: L1, L2, and L3 products based on data observed between 00:00:00 on February 10, 2026, and 00:40:14 on February 15, 2026 (UTC)
Status: There are unproduced products
Measures: We are continuing the investigation while sequentially performing recovery production and releasing the products via G-Portal.
The recovery will take a while to complete.
Detailed status updates will be provided in the Known Issues list (PRDT_0039) on the SHIKISAI PORTAL.

The current status regarding this issue is as follows:
(1) GCOM-C products from February 15, 2026 (UTC) onwards
The delay has been resolved, and production and provision are now back to normal.
(2) GCOM-C products from around February 12 to 14, 2026 (UTC)
(details of the period are currently being investigated)
Production and provision of these products is still under investigation, and they are not available on G-Portal now.

The current status regarding this issue is as follows:
(1) GCOM-C products from February 15, 2026 (UTC) onwards
Production and provision have resumed, starting with L1 and near real-time products, from around 07:30 UTC on February 17, 2026.
Delays are expected to gradually decrease.
(2) GCOM-C products from around February 12 to 14, 2026 (UTC) (details of the period are currently being investigated)
Production and provision of these products is currently under investigation, and they are not available on G-Portal now.

As of 3:00 (UTC) on February 16, 2026, we have identified the cause of the following issue and are currently working to resolve it.
As a result, production of all new GCOM-C products provided on G-Portal has been suspended.
We will notify you again once production has resumed or the date and time for resumption has been decided.

We are currently investigating the cause and will provide an update once we have an estimated timeline for restoration.
