Notice on the Resumption of ALOS-series Open and Free Data
Thank you for using JAXA Earth Observation Satellite Data.
We would like to inform you that the distribution of ALOS-series Open & Free data via G-Portal has been suspended since last October and will be resumed from March 23 2026.
Please note that, due to limitations of the satellite data archive system, the data delivery schedule will be revised as outlined below.
As part of the preparations for resuming the service, all orders that were submitted and were not delivered since 17:30 (JST) on October 24, 2025 will be cancelled.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask users to place new orders once the service has resumed.
■Resumption Period and Revised Delivery Schedule
From March 23, 2026 (tentative)
■Changes to Data Delivery Timing via G-Portal
Due to constraints of the satellite data archive system, the time required from order placement to data delivery is expected to be extended by up to approximately three weeks.
We apologize for any inconvenience and it is highly appreciated for your understanding and cooperation.
