(Resumed) Notice of temporary suspension of ALOS series Open and Free data provision
The provision of ALOS series Open and Free data, which had been temporarily suspended, was resumed at around 02:00(UTC) on Dec. 28th, 2023.
Orders for which delivery preparation failed during this period are expected to be completed from now on.

Due to a system issue, we are currently suspending the provision of ALOS series Open and Free data such as ScanSAR.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from placing new orders.
In addition, for orders whose preparation failed after 11:00(UTC) on Dec. 26, 2023, we plan to re-execute the process and recover after the system is restored.
Orders for which delivery preparation failed during this period are expected to be completed from now on.
